About Dr. Drake
Dr. Jennifer Drake specializes in orthopedic acupuncture, pain management, and treating complex health conditions through a patient-centered, integrative approach. She excels in combining the precision of orthopedic testing with the depth of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). With advanced training in dry needling techniques and a holistic understanding of the body’s interconnected systems, she crafts personalized treatment plans using both classical and modern methods.
Education & Advanced Training
- Holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) and L.Ac. credential from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM) in San Francisco.
- Former adjunct faculty at ACTCM, where she taught anatomy and herbal medicine.
- Completed Functional Medicine mentorship with Dr. Dan Kalish and advanced sports medicine coursework with Matt Callison and Anthony Lombardi.
- Licensed by the California Acupuncture Board and nationally certified in acupuncture and Oriental medicine by NCCAOM.
- Also trained as a licensed phlebotomist in California.
