Truspine accepts PPO insurance plans. We do not currently accept Covered California plans. After your exam, we tell you what your plan is expected to cover before any treatment begins, so there are no surprises on your bill.
If you have a flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) through your employer, you can use those pre-tax dollars for chiropractic and acupuncture visits, as long as the treatment is for a medical reason rather than general wellness. FSA and HSA funds can also cover copays or deductibles your insurance does not pay.
